They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old: Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning We will remember them. During November our cadets were out and about in the local area collecting for Poppy Scotland. This included manning stands in Tesco and ASDA and collecting door to door. We were pleased to notice that some of the newest streets in Dalgety Bay are celebrating our rich military aviation heritage. A few examples are Skua Drive (Blackburn Skua) and Seafire Place (Supermarine Seafire) both aircraft that were once based at HMS Merlin.
On final parade this evening six cadets received recognition for their recent achievements. Well done all and keep up the good work!
